A memory of a Greek summer on Mount Pelion, where to reach the sea you had to cross a natural orchard of sun-drenched wild fig trees. Philosykos is an ode to the fig tree in its entirety: the fresh green leaves, the milky flavour of the figs, the density of the white wood. "Philosykos" means "friend of the fig" in Greek. A tree whose branches and leaves, collected in a memory box, were a source of inspiration.
The hair mist is an expression of Diptyque's "fragrant gestures", which reinvent textures inspired by the history of perfume to offer a new art of perfuming that makes the invisible tangible and the intangible tactile. Eau de toilette, scented oil, hair mist or body balm, each has a specific concentration, designed to offer the best olfactory result. Thanks to its high concentration, the hair mist can be used alone or in conjunction with other gestures.
