Defects, non-compliance and damage to products

The Purchaser, or the recipient of the Order, is invited to check the status of the package and the products at the time of delivery.

In case of package anomalies (damaged or open package, trace of liquid, etc.) and / or ordered products (missing, defective or damaged products), the Purchaser or the recipient of the Order must return the products to CAVANI Srl following the procedures described below. Failure to comply with the correct procedure excludes any appeal against the carrier and / or CAVANI Srl, including the right to reimbursement of the Order and / or the return of the ordered products.

The Purchaser, or the recipient of the Order, can, alternatively, call the Customer Service of CAVANI Srl to know how to return the product or products damaged, non-compliant and / or defective. The procedure for returning damaged, non-compliant and / or defective products indicated by CAVANI Srl Customer Service must be followed by the Purchaser. Otherwise, the Purchaser can not claim any refund or replacement of the products in question.

Procedures that must necessarily be followed in the case of obvious damage to the package for the return of the same to CAVANI Srl:

- Procedure that must be followed in case of missing, damaged or defective product:

CAVANI Srl Customer Service can ask for information regarding the identity of the Purchaser or of the recipient of the Order and make any verification that may be useful. CAVANI Srl Customer Service will indicate to the Purchaser, or to the addressee, the procedure to be followed to return the damaged or defective product, or to obtain the missing products.

Once the products have been received, CAVANI Srl will verify that these products are actually faulty, damaged or not corresponding to the description provided on the Website. If this verification is positive, CAVANI Srl will replace the defective, damaged or non-compliant product and will send it to the Purchaser as soon as possible and in any case within 30 (thirty) working days from receipt of the products. The shipping costs will be entirely at the expense of CAVANI Srl. In the event that CAVANI Srl is not able to proceed with the replacement of the products within the aforementioned term, CAVANI Srl will immediately inform the Purchaser of the e-mail address indicated at the time of registration of the purchase and reimburse the Buyer for the cost of such products and shipping costs where the Buyer provides proof of the cost incurred to return the products. The reimbursement of the price will be made by CAVANI Srl with the methods chosen at its discretion as soon as possible, and in any case within 30 (thirty) working days from the date on which it will receive the products.

In the event that, after examining the returned products, CAVANI Srl reasonably believes that the products can not be considered defective, damaged or not in conformity with the description on the Website, the Purchaser will not be entitled to reimbursement and the products will be returned to him. charge for shipping costs to be paid by the buyer.

Delivery costs

Delivery costs are at customer charge with the exception of defective products.


Right and terms for the exercise of withdrawal

According to the provisions of the law (art.59 paragraph E DLGS 21/2/2014), the Purchaser may, within the term of 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the package containing the goods ordered, withdraw from the purchase contract without penalty and without any reason addressing customer service.

The Purchaser, exercising the right of withdrawal pursuant to this article, within the terms and in the manner described below for the return of the products, can obtain at his choice:

the reimbursement of the amount paid for the products returned to the central warehouse, by crediting the relative sum on his credit card or by bank transfer.
the possibility of changing, at a CAVANI Srl point of sale, the products purchased on the CAVANI Srl website with other products available in the store.
Pursuant to article 67, paragraph 3 of the Italian Consumer Code, the return costs will be the exclusive responsibility of the Purchaser.

CAVANI Srl will reimburse the customer for the full amount already paid for the product within 14 days of receipt of the return form containing the decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. Download module.

CAVANI Srl may withhold the reimbursement until it has received the goods or until the Purchaser has demonstrated that he has returned the goods.

Reimbursement will be made by transfer of the amount charged to the credit card or by bank transfer using the bank details (IBAN Code of the invoice) provided by the Purchaser in the Return Form. The amount will be net from payment methods commission and delivery costs.

The products must be returned to CAVANI Srl in their substantial integrity, with their original packaging, accessories, instructions for use and anything else supplied with them, under conditions that can be put back for sale.

It is also recalled that parcels sent at the expense of the recipient will not be accepted. The shipping costs will be charged to the buyer.

The Purchaser and / or the recipient of the Order must necessarily fill in the appropriate Return Form, received by email after having contacted the customer service, duly completed and signed as indicated.

To change the products purchased online, in CAVANI Srl stores it is necessary to present a copy of the purchase invoice or confirmation of the order received with the goods.

The change can only be made with products of an amount equal to or higher than those that you want to make, even partial crediting of the amount spent can, in fact, be obtained only by returning the product to the headquarters.

The return of products beyond the legal deadline established for withdrawal and contractual cancellation will not be accepted.
